2. Hosting and Content Delivery Networks

Cloudflare

We host our websites and backend logic using Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Cloudflare provides a globally distributed Content Delivery Network (CDN). Technically, requests to our site are routed via Cloudflare's servers. Traffic data (including your IP address) is processed to defend against attacks (DDoS) and optimize loading times. Form submissions are processed securely via Cloudflare Workers/Functions.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Legitimate interest in operating securely and efficiently). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

3. Analytics and Marketing

PostHog

We use PostHog to understand how users interact with our websites (e.g., page views, button clicks) to validate product demand. We host this instance via PostHog's EU Cloud (eu.posthog.com) ensuring data stays within the European Union.

Legal Basis: If cookies or similar tracking technologies are used to identify returning sessions, this happens based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited) to display ads and measure their success. When you reach our site via a Google ad and perform a specific action (e.g., submitting your email for a waitlist), a conversion pixel is triggered.

Legal Basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (Consent). The data may be transmitted to Google LLC in the USA (certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

4. Automation & Data Routing

n8n (Workflow Automation)

To process your waitlist requests, we use the workflow automation tool n8n (n8n GmbH, Berlin, Germany). When you submit the form, your email address is securely routed via n8n webhooks to our internal databases (such as Google Sheets) so we can organize the beta rollout.
